Petite Day of Coordination is a perfect option if you have completed most of your wedding planning and just need a little extra help on the day of your wedding.  This is also a great option if you just need some help to make sure all of the important parts go off without a hitch:

With this package, the planner is usually on site prior to your wedding and through the important parts of your reception not to exceed 4.5 hours.

Day of Wedding Coordination

Up to 8 hours

Day of Coordination is a perfect option if you want to plan a majority of your Wedding but need a coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the day of your wedding. This allows you and your guest to sit back, relax and enjoy every moment of your beautiful day. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

 Pre-Wedding Services

  • One pre-wedding consultations and unlimited emails and calls
  • Supply any needed vendor recommendations
  • Venue site visit
  • Construct a detailed wedding day of timeline and floorplan
  • Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the Wedding
  • Facilitate ceremony rehearsal
  • Act as the point of contact for all vendors

Day of Wedding Coordination

  • Directing the ceremony processional
  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the reception
  • Setup of Wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
  • Assisting with wedding party and guests as needed
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
  • Attend with any unforeseen mishaps
  • Up to 8 hours of onsite coordination the day of your wedding so that you enjoy your special day

Day of Wedding Coordination Extended

Up to 12 hours

Our Day of Coordination Extended Package is ideal for the couples who may have already completed a portion of their wedding planning yet requires less assistance than our Full Planning optional package. This offers the couples a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide you through the process. Includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

Pre-Wedding Services

  • Two, face to face consultations and unlimited emails and calls
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Venue site visit
  • Coordinate with wedding party
  • Supply any needed vendor recommendations
  • Construct a detailed Wedding timeline and floorplan
  • Attendance at two final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice – if applicable
  • Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
  • Ceremony and Reception site walk through
  • Send reminder emails
  • Assist with etiquette, speeches and wording

 Day of Wedding Coordination

Up to 12 hours

  • Direct ceremony processional
  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the reception

Full Service Wedding Planning

Unlimited hours

Full Wedding Planning packages are for the couples who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

Pre-Wedding Services

  • Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
  • Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
  • Scout venue locations and mapping
  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings
  • Contract review
  • Vendor management
  • Assist with theme suggestions
  • Creation and execution of theme/design scheme
  • Recommend stationary ordering save-the-dates, invitations and all printed materials
  • Track guest RSVP’s
  • Assist with wedding favors & accessories
  • Coordinate guest accommodations – block rooms (host provide any payment for hold)
  • Advise and consult with Etiquette
  • General advice and consultation
  • Unlimited meetings and coordination times
  • Attendance at vendor meetings – if applicable
  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
  • Facilitating the rehearsal – if applicable

 

Day of Coordination Services

  • Assist/direct the Bride & Groom, Wedding party, family members and guests throughout the event
  • Greet guests and assist with seating Set-up/Clean-up
  • Supervise vendors in delivery and set up
  • Directing the ceremonial processional
  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the reception
  • Setup wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

á la Carte Design & Décor

Décor Services

  • Venue site visit to map out your décor plan
  • Consultation on your colors, design and orchestration.
  • Provide Décor of in stock linen for draping
  • Special linen is an additional cost (paid by host)
  • One month prior -we will confirm, details, decorations purchased, rental items, etc.
  • We should be provided a minimum of 4 hours to setup time and 2 hours of breakdown.

Wedding Vision

The following is the recommended process for developing and implementing the vision for your event.

  • Describe to the Decorator the vision you have for your event. • For example, Autumn Colors, Rustic Elegance, Romantic Pinks, Shabby Chic, Glamour & Elegance, Sparkle and Shine, Simple Elegance.
  • Provide examples of items or styles you like that you have seen elsewhere • Pictures torn from magazines • Pinterest pages • Examples of decorations or colors

á la Carte Rehearsal Dinner Package

Planning the rehearsal dinner or welcome reception and onsite for up to 3 hours.

  • Unlimited call and emails
  • Assist in locating a space for rehearsal dinner
  • Make contact with facility, request menus, and rental agreements
  • Review proposals and contract or make reservation (if applicable)
  • Create a 1-page timeline for the flow of the night
  • Send out invites/invitations to the guest list
  • Coordinate any orders of rentals (tables, chairs, linen, etc.)
  • Submit created menu and present it to the client – if applicable
  • 1-2 hours pre-rehearsal set up at the location – including décor, flowers etc.
  • Liaison between the client and the venue
  • Welcome guests, ensure that event is running smoothly
  • Return to rehearsal venue at end of event to ensure that venue is cleaned up, personal items aretaken care of, etc.
  • Rehearsal dinner night: 3 hours of on-site coordination (additional hours are billed hourly).

á la Carte Invitation Package

  • Assist in choosing invitations, Save the Dates, and RSVP’s
  • Help with the design and wording on invitations
  • Assemble, address Invitations with proper etiquette
  • Send out invites/invitations to the guest list (Host provides postage)
  • This includes entire invitation suite as listed above
